To view employee pay cheques, open QuickBooks and sign-in. In the left-hand menu, select Employees.
Here, you can search for employees by name or filter for Active employees, Inactive employees, or both.
Once you find the correct employee, click their tab to open their information. At the top bar, right under the employee's name an icon, select the pay cheque list option.
Once you select the appropriate date range, click Run Report to generate a list of all pay cheques that fit the set date range.
